Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can login right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I pay for my orders?

Can I amend and cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Key in the discount code at the field “Discount Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the discount code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
When will my order be processed?
Most of the orders are delivered instantly or within 5 minutes after the payment is received. However please allow up to 48 hours in some case for your order to be processed.
How is my order delivered?

How does the Lifetime Warranty work?
It’s very simple — in case your League of Legends account gets banned through any fault or defect of our own, we will give you a replacement account, free of charge.
I got banned for flaming/swearing/feeding/hacking. Does the warranty cover this?
NO. We are totally transparent as to what our warranty covers. It covers any defects or fault of our own. If you purchase an account from us and get it banned due to your own inappropriate behavior or rule-breaking then we cannot help you.
